Choose a password At least 8 characters. Your personal link still signs you in with one tap — the password is a backup way in. I can drive (vans / deliveries) I'll be helping run the rota Building rotas, month end, pay. A rota manager has to grant this — ticking it only asks.

Nobody can sign in until your rota manager approves you — not with the link, not with the password. Ticking the rota box doesn't change that: it asks, and somebody who already runs the rota decides.
